Edgehill West Hollywood Concert reviews
Fun show
Overall, I'm glad that I went - just not one that I'm sure I'd be willing to pay for again. Scar was okay, but I wasn't impressed with older Simba or older Nala. The woman who played Rafiki was incredible. The energy of the whole company was good, and I enjoyed how the actors came down the isles. Mufasa and Rafiki were the standouts for me. I've seen the show, but this was my first experience with the movie. Pumba and Timon were straight out of the movie. It followed the show well. There were a few songs I didn't recognize, and I'm assuming they were put in to give the actors their moment to shine. I do remember that there was a problem with Simba's mother's microphone, but they fixed it immediately.
